2 - eggs 1/2 - tbsp. nutmeg 2 - tbsp. milk 3 - cups cutup pink Rhubarb 1 1/2 - cups sugar 2 - tsp butter 3 - tbsp flour Heat oven to 400 Beat eggs slightly, add milk. Mix sugar, flour, butter and nutmeg: stir in. Mix in Rhubarb. Pour in pastry lined pan. Dot with butter. Cover with lattice top. Bake 50 - 60 min. until nicely browned.
